Mr. Christopher P. Hillman is a 1998 graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis. He was licensed in 2004 as a structural engineer in the State of Texas and has since obtained licenses in 18 other states. Prior to opening his own firm in 2012, Mr. Hillman performed structural design for numerous projects across the United States and abroad. Now as owner of his own firm, Mr. Hillman utilizes his years of experience and implements his own style and leadership.
Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and lending his time to various community and faith-based organizations. His hobbies include anything outdoors, auto restoration, playing music, travel and history.

Srinidhi Rangahanumaiah
Staff Engineer / Concrete Guru
Srinidhi Rangahanumaiah graduated from Syracuse University with a Masters in Structural Engineering. He also took multiple courses related to concrete and steel and acquired his FE certification. He specializes in conventional and pre-stressed concrete design as well as construction administration and enjoys the constant learning and cordial environment at C|P|H. Srinidhi is driven by problem solving and a passion for mathematics. In his free time, he likes to paint and play chess.
Kishan Parmar
Lead Project Manager
Kishan Parmar graduated college with a Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering from University of North Carolina at Charlotte with an emphasis in Geotechnical & Structural. He also worked as a Structural Engineer at Maverick Engineering for 4 years before joining CPH. He specializes in structural engineering, project management, staff management. Kishan likes the goal-oriented leadership, work-life balance, and the challenges in day-to-day tasks. He is driven by dependability, responsibility, and motivation to grow and learn. In his free time, Kishan likes to play cricket, tennis, and watch movies.

Cheryl Hillman
Controller
Cheryl Hillman is on the accounting team at C|P|H Structural Engineering Inc. She studied at Blinn College and had past accounting experience before she started working at C|P|H. Cheryl enjoys the teamwork amongst her employees. This makes the work happen faster and more efficiently. She also likes the different cultures of the people and how they combine their intellect to finish the work. In her free time, Cheryl likes to spend time with her family, helping her kids with their FFA projects, and traveling.
